  • Driven individuals, Spanish or with a strong connection to Spain, unique in a certain field who are building an entrepreneurial idea or project and want to be part of a community of the leaders of tomorrow.

  • We value active participation. Join monthly calls, share your insights, and support fellow members. Time is scarce, so all we want is other members feeling like you're adding to the community - the way in which you do that is fully up to you.

  • Kinnek provides a "formal" way to connect through regular coffee chats, monthly member talks and in-person meetups (~2h/month max). These spaces are all about open conversation, fresh thinking, and building lasting bonds. However, we encourage people to meet up on their own as well.

  • No fees - just your energy and commitment. Membership is free because we believe in accessibility and the power of proactive engagement. The catch? Becoming a member doesn't mean staying a member for life - people that aren't engaged in the community are let go for new, active blood to come in.

  • We're approximately 60 members between the ages of 22 and 38. Every month we welcome 2 new members. It is caped at 2 to avoid breaking the group dynamics. Every 6 months we let go all non-active members.

    Roughly 80% of members own their own business or are in leadership positions at early stage startups. The other 20% are actively getting prepared to start a business in the coming future and/or investing in other's ideas.

    Geographically, 70% of members live in Spain, with the rest being spread around US, Mexico, UK, Middle East, and Asia. However, everyone has a connection to Spain and we like for everyone to make an effort to meet in person every time they're back home.

  • The first step is understanding if Kinnek is for you. We highly encourage you to not apply if you're not going to be committed to the community - it's going to waste your time and ours.

    If you are interested, you'll start by filling out the questionnaire. After our board reviews it, you will be contacted for two informal calls with our board members. These are for us to get to know each other and answer any outstanding questions from either side.

    Once the board is in unanimous agreement that you should join Kinnek, you will be placed in the incoming pipeline, which usually takes 5-10 months before you officially join the community (given the 2-people-per-month rule). During this waiting period we suggest staying connected and joining informal events.
